KLOS

Graffiti artist and urban illustrator from Usaquen.
Klos has built a sustained trajectory in graffiti and urban art through a vision that brings together identity, biodiversity, and Latin American roots. His work transforms the wall into a space of visual exploration, where character-based imagery, the energy of hip hop, and a painterly search come together in a body of work that has made him a leading figure in the district’s urban art scene.

Miguel Angel Uyaban Lizarazo, known artistically as Klos, is a graffiti artist active since 2005 whose work has evolved in dialogue with hip hop culture, rap music, and the visual language of urban illustration. His practice is distinguished by the use of characters, high-impact compositions, and a visual exploration that brings together spray paint, vinyl, airbrushing, watercolor, and other mixed techniques. From this practice, he has developed a body of work that places Latin American identity, culture, and biodiversity at its symbolic core.
More than a mural practice, his trajectory has developed into an ongoing visual inquiry into what it means to tell our stories from Latin America. His images bring together the impulse of graffiti, the vocabulary of illustration, and a painterly drive toward experimentation, all aimed at representing our roots, shared experiences, and collective memory. With more than two decades of artistic practice, Klos has taken part in artistic, educational, and institutional processes that have made him an active presence within Usaquen’s urban art scene and a creator deeply committed to the district’s cultural life.
