Founding Artists
Eight essential trajectories brought together in the inaugural edition of Memoria Viva Usaquen.
The founding artists of Memoria Viva Usaquen represent a diverse constellation of languages, disciplines, and trajectories that have contributed in decisive ways to the cultural life of the district. Their paths reflect distinct forms of creation—music, performing arts, illustration, urban art, painting, and visual experimentation—yet they share a common force: each has helped shape memory, community, and artistic presence from within Usaquen.
This inaugural selection does not seek to encompass the full cultural richness of the territory, but rather to open an initial map of recognition—one that brings visibility to those who, through their practices and processes, have left a lasting mark on the district’s artistic identity. Each profile brings together a visual archive, a documentary piece, and a curatorial synthesis that offers a closer approach to the work and trajectory of these eight founding artists.
